We (www.zaathi.com) know that your order arriving on time for your event is VITAL. You shall order with our free standard turnaround time, we never take an order unless we are 100% sure that we can guarantee your deadline. The total delivery time is Order Processing Time + Delivery Time.

In some cases, shipping may take longer based on your location, which will be communicated to the buyer at the time of the order. Generally, items ship as soon as possible.

Customs taxes according to the nature of each country shall be borne by the customer and he must be aware of its details according to his country.

When your package is scanned by our shipping provider, it automatically sends you an email with the tracking number included. Please refer to your tracking information to get an estimate on when you will receive your item(s).

Standard shipping shall apply to all the products. Orders shall be processed within 48 hours of receiving payment.

Free shipping is provided on all domestic prepaid orders within India. Products will be delivered in 7-14 business days. COD can be availed at an extra charge; however, COD is available only for selected PIN codes.

1. Order can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order.
2. If the order is already confirmed and the processing has started on it then no cancellation will be allowed.
